Our residential assessments are completed in a timely manner, with expedited options available for urgent requests. To streamline the process, simply email or, upload your plans in PDF format or post a set of A3 plans with your completed checklist.
We require the following documents:
Site plan (indicating north point)
Floor plan (to scale)
Elevations
Window schedule or dimensions
Lighting and electrical plan (showing fan and downlight locations)
Completed Information Checklist (showing building materials and appliances)
Commercial Projects
For commercial projects, we provide detailed assessments that ensure compliance with the Building Code of Australia.
